Elissa was selected as “The Weston Scholar for 2024” of The Alumni Association of the Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture Foundation. The Third Year Horticultural Student Bursary is administered by The Alumni Association of the Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture Foundation and is made possible through a very generous donation from the W. Garfield Weston Foundation in December of 2018.
